This listener is used to listen to FieldConfig requests in QueryConfigHandler and add StandardQueryConfigHandler.ConfigurationKeys.LEGACY_NUMERIC_CONFIG based on the StandardQueryConfigHandler.ConfigurationKeys.LEGACY_NUMERIC_CONFIG_MAP set in the QueryConfigHandler.
